Executive Director

Mike is a dedicated professional with more than 30 years of progressively responsible experience and achievements applying his profound understanding of people’s needs, teamwork and business management.   He has adapted business practices and applied resources to meet the needs and expectations of key constituents.

Joe Vaughan
New Construction Supervisor

Joe has over 36 years' experience in the construction industry. Hired by Holy Name Housing in 1981, Joe was promoted from the construction crew to Rehab Supervisor. In 1995, Joe was promoted to Construction Manager of Holy Name Housing. In this position, he oversees all aspects of new construction.

Shawn Vaughan
Maintenance/Rehab Supervisor

Shawn joined the Holy Name Housing construction crew in 1983 as a carpenter. In 1995, he was promoted to the Supervisor of Housing Renovation. He now oversees the maintenance for Holy Name Housing's entire portfolio.

Diane Stuart
Controller

Diane started with the organization February 2016. She is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting. Diane has 25+ years in accounting and is a great asset to the organization.

Mary Anderson
Director of Development & Administrative Services

Mary's primary position is grant writing for the organization. Mary assists the Support Services and property management teams with their administrative needs. Mary comes to us with a 20+ year background in affordable housing which includes compliance, development and property management.

Lisa Roane
Property/Compliance Manager

Lisa is responsible for all property management and compliance issues. Lisa started with Holy Name Housing in March 2016. She has 15+ years in the property management and administrative field.

John Gohr
New Construction Assistant

John joined the Holy Name Housing team in 1984. Originally a member of the rehab crew, John currently works as an assistant to the new Construction Manager.

Terry Frazier
Maintenance/Rehab Crew

A resident of North Omaha, Terry joined the rehab crew in 1984. Terry is responsible for all areas of maintenance for Holy Name Housing's housing portfolio.

Katie Schumacher
Support Services Manager

Katie came to Holy Name Housing Corporation in December 2017 with 8 years of experience in the human services field. She plans to serve tenants by using her experience in supportive services and resource knowledge, keeping the mission of Holy Name Housing Corporation in mind: “Building a strong community, one home at a time. To rebuild North Omaha neighborhoods by providing affordable housing and empowering individuals and families.”

Pat Albright
Construction Assistant

Pat is a longtime resident of the Holy Name neighborhood and joined the staff in 1996. He initially worked on renovation projects and is currently assisting the new Construction Manager.

Jean Romsa
Administrative Assistant

Jean recently joined us in May 2018. She comes to HNHC with a background in human services and administrative experience. She is the face that greets each person who walks through our doors and is the cheerful voice you hear on the phone. She supports Holy Name Housing staff with various administrative duties and loves working with our tenants and applicants!

Tamara Schaefer
Property/Compliance Assistant Manager

Tamara started with Holy Name Housing in October of 2017. She has 15+ years in property management, with 8 of those years working in North Omaha in the tax credit program and also with senior housing.

Travis Roane
Maintenance/Rehab Crew

Travis joined Holy Name Housing in January of 2017. He is part of the maintenance team, enjoys working with tenants and helps with getting our homes ready for move-ins. He also assists with our maintenance workshops.
